BOPA SACT Verification Passport Version updates

Updated Passport User Guide – November 2024

Updates include:

• Update schematic for UTIC and formatting errors
• Add appendix 4 for user roles and responsibilities
• Add reference to super manager change SOP via BOPA website
• Add e-learning to schematic
• Add that Passport is LEVEL 2 – given level 1 is not via Passport.
• Add locum user info
• Update declaration info
• Compassly have updated with service changes (TEAMS addition)
• Section 22 added by Compassly
